Sites & Sub Sites

Tuesday, June 26, 2012

All Arbiter groups share site information.  This is how we ensure a site is not double booked.  Because everyone shares the site info, anything you change will be seen and used by all - Think Wikipedia.

Most sites will have sub sites.  These are the individual locations for games.  You might have a park that has two soccer fields.  The park would be the site and the soccer fields would be the sub sites.

When looking for a site, if you don't see it right away, think of what else it might be named.  For example, the city name might not be used.

Sub site rule of thumb - Each site has their own physical address.  If a game location has a diff rent physical address it is a site.  If it shares it with other game locations then enter it as a sub site.  If your not sure give us a call.
